A ROUND-TABLE MODERATED BY PIERRE LANGLAIS (TÉLÉRAMA) WITH JULIA BAUDIN (TV MAG), MARIANNE BEHAR (L’HUMANITÉ), RENAN CROS (CINEMA TEASER), IRIS BREY (FRANCE CULTURE), OLIVIER JOYARD (LES INROCKUPTIBLES)

Since the early 2010s, the number of series has exploded as the power of cable channels has grown and streaming giants have entered the market. This global trend has a name: Peak TV, television at the peak of production, which serves to underscore the power of the genre. Does this profusion create a space for less mainstream, more audacious content? Or on the contrary, are we running the risk of diluting quality? How can fans (and critics!) survive in this ocean of demands for their attention?
