At the heart of the Co-Production Forum are the Co-Pro Pitching Sessions which present a selection of TV series projects in development to an audience of key TV industry decision-makers.


NEW for 2017! A jury of five TV industry professionals will be awarding €50,000 to the best project.

The members include:
Francesca Orsi, co-head of drama, HBO
Co-head, HBO Drama Series, for Home Box Office, responsible for developing and overseeing the production of original drama series. She was named to this position in June 2016.

Piv Bernth, head of drama, DR
Worked as a producer at DR since 1998. In March 2012 she was appointed Head of Drama at DR Drama, whose latest productions counts amongst others The Killing, Borgen season I-III, The Legacy I – III and lately Broke and Follow the Money. Currently in production is Ride Upon The Storm by Adam Price.
Thomas Bourguignon, producer KWAI
Thomas Bourguignon was a member of the Selection Committee at Cannes and a commissioner for M6. In 2008 he created Kwaï which became part of Fremantle in 2015. He won the 2017 award for best producer.
Henrik Pabst, managing director, Red Arrow International
Henrik leads Red Arrow International, the TV distribution division of ProSiebenSat.1 Media’s Red Arrow Entertainment Group. Red Arrow International works across all genres, and is major co-producer of global scripted content.
Pilar Perez Roel, head of acquisitions, DCD Rights.
Responsible for all acquisitions; working with writers, producers & broadcast partners to develop & invest in stories with international appeal. Recent examples are Deep Water, Striking Out, previously The Slap, Rake and forthcoming thriller Acceptable Risk from Saffron Moon and RTE.

The list of 16 selected projects will be pitched by their producers to a panel of potential financiers, including broadcasters, distributors, producers, and public and private funds.
Those projects have been chosen with the goal of helping these high-end drama projects to find appropriate financial partners, mainly through co­production deals or presale agreements.
